Due to the loss of water pressure Grant Park is on a boil order until further notice.

If you are not signed up for alert notification, please go to Aqua Illinois website and sign up, you may receive a text, call, or email when an issue arises at your address.

Dear AQUA Customer:

This is an important notice from AQUA sent 07-01-2024. Please note, only notified customers in all of Grant Park, Illinois are affected. This is not a system wide notification.

Customers may experience low pressure to a complete loss of service due to SCADA system malfunction in the area.

Because the system pressure dropped below 20 PSI, Aqua has issued a precautionary boil water advisory for customers in the affected area. Aqua advises you to use boiled or bottled water for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes, and food preparation until further notice. Bring water to a boil, boil it for five minutes and let it cool before use. We will notify you as soon as it is no longer necessary to boil your water.
